Personalize Chef Services
Hello I'm Jessica, owner of Graze & Rose' Catering in Coeur d'Alene ID. I offer customized meal services to a select number of clientle. My work combines culinary expertise with holistic nutrition. I partner with clients to design customized meal plans that support their individual health goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyle rhythms. Many of my clients are looking for more than simply prepared meals—they want support implementing a healthier way of eating that is fresh, unique and elevated.
How It Works
Weekly meals are prepared fresh, customized to your tastes and dietary needs. Meals are packaged and delivered with instructions for reheating and plating. The number of days and servings of meals prepared will be determined by you and the Chef.
All prices include initial consultation, personalized menu planning and tracking of your favorite recipes, shopping, cooking, packaging and delivery within the area. The cost of main ingredient groceries is additional. We offer weekly services with a two meal a week minimum. Final price depends on each client’s unique dietary needs and meals per week.
The Client Experience
We start with an initial consultation where we'll go over an in-depth food questionnaire that you fill out before we meet. This is what I use to build menus each week. We'll discuss your dietary needs and preferences, goals, and what type of menu will work best for your schedule- whether that's dinners, lunches, freezer meals, snacks, breakfast items, grocery shopping or a mix of everything.
Menus are sent a day or two before the cook day. You can confirm or make adjustments to what I've sent, or we can collaborate on a menu together if you have specific cravings or ideas.
Additional Offerings
I'm here to make your life easier, to add variety to your weekly menu and support you on your health journey. Besides meal prep service, other offerings include grocery shopping and ingredient prep for you to prepare your own meals. We also provide specialized menus and private cheffing for small gatherings or dinner parties.
Exclusive Services
We provide personalized chef services to a selcted amount of people. We accept clients based on whether or not we can meet your needs and desired diet. We want to make sure it is a good fit for everyone!
